The total cost of your one week holiday for 2 people will be £699 or 3 people £799 for exclusive use of lake and accommodation.

( please note-this is a total cost, not a price per person per week )

Non refundable/ non transferable/ deposit of £300 required with booking. The remaining balance will be due 12 weeks before your holiday start date. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if remaining balance is not paid on the due day.

Once remaining balance is paid ( 12 weeks prior to your holiday)  in event of cancellation on your part, refund will be offered only if we manage to sell your week to someone else. 

200 Euro holding deposit for any breakages/damages will be Required on arrival

Work still in progress…Etang des Petits Chiens is 2 acre lake with clay bottom, There is no weed in the lake,  stocked with around 100+ carp in immaculate condition. 70+ carp ranging between 20 to 50lb and around 30+ carp under 20lb.
The lake is predominantly carp but there are roach, perch and zander also present to ensure healthy balance. 
It has been stocked in 1970’s and has been left to mature naturally for the last 19 years. We have 3 double swims around the lake.

ANGLERS ACCOMODATION: ...small annexe which has sitting/sleeping room( with sofa bed- sleeps two) kitchen with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster hob and microwave and bathroom. Outside there is a stone patio area, that you are very welcome to use for having barbecue. 
And although few metres from the lake, It is not possible to fish from the annexe so bivvies are needed if people wish to fish 24/7. 
Well behaved dogs will be welcome, however, please, discuss this with us prior to your booking.Very tranquil position of the lake ensures relaxing week with sounds of crashing fish, running streams, breeze in the trees and singing birds. ———————————————————

LOCAL AREA: local village is only 1mile down the road.You can find bakery, bank, butcher, grocery shop, magazine/tobacco shop, pizza takeaway, pharmacy, bank and pub/bar. Big supermarket is only 15 min drive in the town of Domfront ———————————————————
!groups of no more then 3 anglers at any one time(3 rods each)———————————————————***LAKE RULES**1) minimum of 15lb main line, no braid. 2) no leadcore. 3)strictly micro barbed hooks only, no bent hooks or long shank hooks. 4) no fixed lead, lead clips system to be used, please ensure lead can be ejected in the event of a breakage. 5) only use nets, weight slings and cradles provided by us 6) no sacking of fish caught at night for day time photo purposes. 7) only shop bought FROZEN boilies to be used ( big chest freezer available to use on site )•no home made baits of any kind please• all bait brought to our fishery must be in its original, unopened packaging•no plastic baits•no nuts of any kind•no halibut pellets or any baits that is high in oil PARTICLES: Only our own freshly prepared particles (a mix of whole maize, crushed maize and pigeon conditioner) are to be used here, just let us know how much you want prior to your arrival and we will have them ready for you. (4Euro/kg) In the event of us not being able to get our particles ingredients, there for not being able to provide any on site, we allow anglers to bring Dynamite maize and hemp particles only 8) rods not to be left unattended at any time. 9) no fires and no barbecues on the banks please! We are surrounded by woodlands, twigs and pine needles on the ground and in the trees dry out very quickly! 10) dispose of all rubbish appropriately- we have recycling bins on site11) no swimming in the lake. 12) please respect all the nature we are surrounded by. 13) no surface baits. 14) treatment to be applied on every fish before releasing back into the water 15) no zig rigs16) if a fish comes out that has a ‘suspicious’ sore or is something not quite right with it, please, put it in the sling and come get us so we can have a look.17)No bait boats.
